We are taking a well-informed and measured response that protects the public and our employees while delivering safe, adequate and reliable drinking water. As states issue stay-at-home orders and businesses shut down, we take our responsibility to maintain and operate critical infrastructure seriously.

We understand the pandemic has created additional challenges for families. Therefore, we are extending our billing due date to April 3rd.

During this time, we encourage you to pay what you can on your water bill to avoid a high balance when we return to our normal billing policies. You can pay your bill online on our website at or over the phone at 941-625-2288 option 1.

If you have already remitted your payment, please disregard this message as processing is taking longer than usual. We are continually monitoring the pandemic and responding accordingly.
