Late Fees and Disconnections to Resume

Beginning March 1, 2021 Charlotte Harbor Water Association will begin its normal billing practice of charging a $10.00 late fee on accounts that are not paid in full by the due date and disconnecting service for non-payment on the 5th calendar day after the due date.

As part of the relief effort during the COVID-19 pandemic, Charlotte Harbor Water Association had suspended charging late fees and disconnections for nonpayment on April 1, 2020.  In an effort to get back to normal operations, this courtesy is being suspended.

We encourage customers that are currently delinquent on their account to contact our customer service department at 941-625-2288 ext. 0 to discuss a payment plan.
